Measure and optimize application(s) to improve ease of use, and create satisfying user experience
Consider existing application(s) and evaluate their UX effectiveness. Consider human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
Researching, designing, and implementing all user experiences when interacting with our product or tool. Consult with customers to better understand their needs, pain points, and goals, conduct usability testing, create product prototypes, and conduct user and competitor analyses
Defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
Developing and maintaining design wireframes (basic mock-ups of application) and specifications
Running user testing of application(s), sign-off the flows in testing environments to safeguard the delivery quality prior to production release
Proactively raise design enhancements on product(s) and follow through with implementation
Incorporate a visual or brand identity into the final product
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in design or computing-related field(s)
Proven experience of at least 5 years at a product-driven company and have related design experience in manufacturing or telecommunication or specialist software companies
Highly competent and experienced with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and front-end framework viz. React/Angular/Vue etc.
Proficiency in design software viz. Adobe XD/Balsamiq/Figma/Sketch etc.
Must know how to work with package managers
Must understand UI design principles
Familiarity with related design methodologies, guidelines, and processes
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Understand how design would work in both frontend and backend
